About me personally: Hi! My name is Bonnie and I am a 27-year-old writer and babysitter. I care for my two youngest nephews, full-time. In May 2014 I started my weight loss journey and now that I have been going strong for over a year, I really want to reach out and inspire as many people as I can to do the same for themselves. I have lost 120 pounds so far and still have 40 or so left to lose. You can read about my journey here in my first post, but for the most part I will be sharing what I’ve found works for me as well as other motivational and inspiring materials. I hope you all enjoy my blog!

I will help cheer you on, provide personalized advice and tips, answer questions, give feedback, or simply listen when you need an ear. We can schedule online meetings on various sites/apps or we can just send messages back and forth. There is a free email consultation for signing up for the mailing list and filling out a short questionnaire.

  1. HI, Bonnie! Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking something. Congrats on your success so far in trimming down and getting healthy. Keep up what you are doing and the pounds will melt away. I also agree completely with your focus of getting healthy as opposed to just ‘losing weight.’ I think you have found a much more important and permanent goal. Keep up the good work!


    1. Thank you so much for coming by my page and not only reading it but leaving a comment! I enjoyed reading your post. Everyone deals with pain at some point. I know personally I have been dealing with a foot pain issue for a few months and it’s a struggle to move past it, but worth it to look at the big picture surrounding the pain than just the inconvenience of it. It’s a chance to grow all around: physically and mentally especially so I especially liked your mind-body techniques section.
